Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Lead Times

  • Made-to-Order Items (Recliners): Have extended production lead times clearly listed on the product page. You will receive order confirmation and production updates.

  • In-Stock Items: Will ship within the estimated timeframe on the product page.

2. Shipping & Delivery Services

  • Service: All furniture ships via freight with in-home white-glove delivery.

  • Service Includes: Delivery to your chosen room, unpacking, basic assembly (e.g., attaching chair bases, table legs), placement, and removal of all shipping materials.

  • Service Excludes: Connecting electronics, complex furniture construction (like full wall unit assembly), or removal of old furniture.

3. Delivery Process

  • The delivery company will contact you to schedule a 4-hour delivery window. An adult must be present.

  • You must inspect items for visible damage at the time of delivery and note any concerns on the driver's paperwork. This is crucial for filing any claims.

4. Shipping Damages & Claims
For damages discovered after the delivery team leaves (concealed damage), you must contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will manage the claim process with the carrier.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations
For made-to-order items, changes or cancellations are only possible within a short window (e.g., 24-72 hours) after placing the order, before production begins. For in-stock items, see our Return Policy for cancellation details.
